Education Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Education Support Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

This role involves providing exceptional support to students, helping them achieve their academic goals. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Student Outreach: Establish strong relationships with students, understanding their needs and requirements.
  • Communication: Regularly communicate with students to ensure they are updated on their application status and any additional requirements.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate student records in our database, ensuring all information is current and easily accessible.
  • Progress Monitoring: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure students progress smoothly through their application process.

For this position, we require:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in an education-related field.
  • Education: Graduation or Professional Qualification.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and administrative skills, good communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for data management.
  • Attitude: A proactive and positive approach to helping students achieve their goals and the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
