The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the onboarding process of new staff members, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles. This includes informing selected candidates about required documentation, facilitating them in filling out recruitment packs, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding Process Management:
  • Manage the onboarding process for new staff members, including coordination of inductions, completion of necessary paperwork, and provision of relevant equipment and resources.
  • Conduct exit interviews with departing employees to gather feedback and insights that can inform future improvements to our processes and policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of new and existing staff members on our administration portal, ensuring up-to-date information is available at all times.
  • Process EMF gratuity DSR and cheque files in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to established procedures and protocols.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources (BBA/MBA in HR) or related field.
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in an HR-related role, with a proven track record of success in managing onboarding processes and improving employee engagement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and other tools essential for effective communication and data analysis.
  • Key Skills:
  • Strong administrative skills, with attention to detail and organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meeting deadlines and adapting to changing priorities.
