We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and technical issues via various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve complex technical issues related to our products.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear and concise documentation of customer interactions and resolutions within our CRM system.
Process Improvement & Client Experience:
  • Quality Assurance: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify recurring customer issues and develop solutions to address root causes.
  • Process Optimization: Document and update support processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and report customer feedback to our Product and Engineering teams for continuous product improvement.
Collaboration & Communication:
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the North American Customer Success team to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Effective Communication: Communicate clearly with clients, providing updates and solutions on technical issues and product queries.

Requirements include 3+ years of experience in a customer support role, with strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to explain technical information clearly.
