Job Summary:

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be a key player in orchestrating the design and implementation of business solutions that align with client expectations and company standards.

Responsibilities include leading functional activities, managing business stakeholder interactions, and ensuring high-quality deliverables throughout various project phases.

As a senior member of the team, you will guide and mentor other analysts while driving continuous improvement in processes and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Champion and promote innovative and agile models to ensure state-of-the-art technology for Sales Transformation and analytics projects.
  2. Understand, map, and meet client requirements and lead analysis through workshops, guiding the client towards desired outcomes.
  3. Define functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and estimates for specific developments, following rigorous risk assessment practices.
  4. Collaborate closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical tasks.
  5. Understand implemented modules and setup/config options.
  6. Engage customers in user-acceptance strategy, planning, and execution phases.
  7. Demonstrate autonomous analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
  8. Understand CPG business and communicate clearly how data issues impact decision-making, cooperating with internal and external teams to reach desired outcomes.
  9. Think and deliver with customer experience in mind.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or an Analytical subject.
  2. 5+ years of relevant experience.
  3. Previous career has demonstrated a strong theme of analytical work and working as a Business Analyst.
  4. Comfortable with data manipulation and communication to non-technical audiences.
  5. Experience in managing functional workshops and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  6. Ability to handle end-to-end project delivery lifecycle including project mobilization, process design, system configuration/customization, testing, integration, data migration, deployment, and business adoption activities.
  7. Comfortable working with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  8. Background in FMCG commercial processes is advantageous.
  9. Knowledge of Excel, Power BI, and SQL; Python is a plus.
  10. Client-centric approach and attitude.
  11. Experience translating business requirements into technical workstreams.
  12. Creative thinking and presentation skills.
  13. Excellent listening and communication skills.
  14. Proficient written and spoken English.
