  4. They will also be expected to develop action plans, maximize performance, and provide constructive feedback to their team members.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in any field, with Call Centre Certification being an asset.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a team leader in a technical program.
