About This Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for technical recruitment, including developers' profiles, and managing non-technical recruitment when needed.

The role requires international hiring expertise, specifically in the USA, Ukraine, and the Middle East. You will lead full cycle recruiting for multiple vacancies using innovative sourcing approaches and engagement methods to attract top talent.

A key responsibility of this role is tightly managing a multi-stage interview process to ensure structured decisions based on pre-defined criteria and reduce bias. Additionally, you will collaborate with other members of the recruitment team to share market insights and support each other as required.

You will also follow up on recruitment processes on applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Google Sheets.
Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from a software/tech industry with 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment.
  • PREFERRED exposure to international hiring.
  • Expertise in LinkedIn usage, sound understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems, and sourcing tools.
  • Demonstrate a proactive mindset focused on achieving goals and targets.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Show creativity in problem-solving, resourcefulness, and attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
