We are seeking a seasoned customer service professional to lead our support team and drive exceptional client satisfaction.
This leadership position requires a strong background in customer management, team development, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have experience in fast-paced environments, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Lead and manage the customer support team to deliver exceptional service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and refine customer support strategies, processes, and workflows to enhance the customer experience.
- Escalation Point: Act as the escalation point for complex customer inquiries and ensure timely resolutions.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze customer service metrics and KPIs to identify trends, improve performance, and drive continuous improvement.
- Team Development: Train, mentor, and develop the customer support team to ensure high performance and engagement.
- 7+ years of experience in customer support, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven success in fast-paced environments with ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluent English language skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using customer support software, CRM tools, and other communication platforms.
