
Leading Customer Retention Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Retention Expert to enhance customer satisfaction, reduce churn, and optimize business growth.
- Engage with customers to understand their concerns, analyze reasons for website abandonment, handle membership cancellations, and implement strategies to retain customers.
- Conduct surveys, interviews, or feedback sessions with customers to identify pain points and reasons for dissatisfaction.
- Analyze customer behavior and abandonment patterns at various stages of the buyer journey, such as the checkout page.
- Strong analytical skills with problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to empathize with customers and provide creative solutions to their problems.
- Proven experience in customer service, account management, or customer success.
