Research and Development Director

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Research and Development Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Social Sciences or other related development disciplines.
- Manage and oversee the department, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Develop innovative strategies to support organizational objectives and identify funding opportunities.
- Create concept notes and proposals to secure funding and design initiatives for donors.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on project implementation and provide technical assistance in designing knowledge products.
- Deliver training sessions for staff and stakeholders as required and represent the organization at various forums.
- Establish and oversee Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Plans for IRADA programs/projects.
- A research-based postgraduate degree in Social Sciences or related development disciplines from a reputable institution.
- Proficiency in information and digital communication technology, English, and Urdu, with an ability to work effectively in a team and deliver tasks under pressure.
