We seek a dynamic School Relationship Manager to promote OxfordAQA's world-class qualifications and strengthen partnerships with schools and educational institutes. This role involves acting as the main point of contact, providing guidance on our qualifications and services to schools and institutions. Building strong relationships and understanding their needs, the successful candidate will offer tailored solutions to support schools in adopting and delivering our qualifications.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A relevant business degree (preferably a Master's) with 6-8 years of proven experience in relationship management, preferably within the education sector.
  • Strong business development acumen with excellent interpersonal, decision-making, problem-solving, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of educational qualifications and assessment processes.
  • Outstanding time management skills with the ability to set priorities and work independently and within a team.
  • Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and tools for forecasting and market analysis using data mining techniques.
  • Impeccable English language skills.
  • A valid driving license and willingness to travel as per business needs.
