Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Lead Generation Research Analyst to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research on industry trends, market conditions, competitors, and customer preferences using various online tools and resources.
  • Identify, segment, and profile potential clients and target markets to build high-quality lead lists.
  • Generate qualified leads through detailed research, data-driven targeting strategies, and effective outreach techniques.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create tailored outreach campaigns for different market segments and support their efforts with data-backed insights.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable sales insights, and present findings to stakeholders in clear and concise reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role involving market research, lead generation, cold outreach, or sales support.
  • Proven ability to generate and qualify leads using both inbound and outbound methods.
  • Experience initiating outreach to potential clients with professionalism and persistence.
  • Proficiency in lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, and CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to confidently approach and engage with prospects.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data and deliver actionable sales insights.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Working knowledge of statistical software such as SPSS, SAS, R, or Python is a plus.
