Lead Generation Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our sales team as a Lead Generation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business leads.

You will work closely with our sales teams to research and target potential clients, build relationships, and establish rapport. Your goal will be to generate high-quality leads that can be converted into sales.

To succeed in this position, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Researching and targeting potential clients using various sales tools and techniques.
  2. Identifying decision-makers, timelines, hot-buttons, and specific qualifications for each lead.
  3. Building relationships with key contacts at potential clients, consulting companies, and partners.
  4. Contacting potential clients via phone or email to establish rapport and set up meetings.
  5. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives to drive lead generation.

Requirements:

  1. Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written).
  2. Experience in B2B telesales or a related field.
  3. Excellent customer service aptitude and ability to build strong relationships.
  4. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  5. Good time management and organization skills.

Job Specification:

  1. 3-5 years of experience in a related field.

Night Shift: Timings 08:00 PM to 05:00 AM
