Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and implementing training initiatives across the organization. This includes identifying training needs, developing programs, and delivering training to staff at all levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Needs Analysis: Identify training needs throughout the organization using a variety of methods, including surveys, recruitment processes, and performance appraisals.
  • Program Development: Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of individual staff members, statutory requirements, and organizational objectives.
  • Course Delivery: Deliver training courses on a rolling program, including induction and management skills courses.
  • External Partnerships: Liaise with external funding and advisory organizations to secure funding and support for training initiatives.
