Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate complaint management activities, including logging client complaints and assigning tasks to engineers.
  2. Monitor and report on engineer performance, ensuring timely resolution of complaints.
  3. Manage sales of in-house companion products, achieving targets and ensuring prompt delivery.
  4. Handle credit sales and follow up on payments, meeting monetary targets for repairs.
  5. Process repair requests, coordinate estimates, and ensure timely completion.
  6. Collect payments promptly and monitor repaired machines, informing clients and managing outstanding payments.
  7. Verify daily reports of engineers and technicians, submitting daily activity reports to ACSM.
  8. Maintain reports for all operations and conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
  9. Forward cases to the Marketing Department and check/counter-sign contract and warranty cards.

Qualifications

The successful candidate should have a BE (Electronics) or DAE (Electronics) degree with some business background and at least one year working experience in a similar capacity or in technical coordination.
