Job Title: Supervising Associate

Our organization is seeking a talented and experienced professional to assume the role of Supervising Associate. This key position will play a vital part in driving our human resources strategy and fostering a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees on a range of HR issues, including performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement programs.
  • Analyze workforce data and metrics to identify trends and inform decision-making.
  • Partner with the recruitment team to ensure a robust talent pipeline for our organization.
  • Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a more inclusive workplace.
  • Support change management efforts and help facilitate organizational transformation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change in a complex organizational environment.
