Job Title: Customer Service Representative
">As a valued member of our team, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include handling inbound calls and assisting with ticket inquiries and bookings.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where no two interactions are the same. You will be expected to resolve customer queries efficiently, provide accurate information on flight schedules, fares, and airline policies, and process payments and bookings in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound calls and assist with airline ticket inquiries and bookings
• Provide exceptional customer support and resolve queries about flight schedules, fares, and airline policies
• Process payments and bookings in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional service and effective communication
• Follow call center guidelines and maintain a positive, professional attitude in all interactions
Requirements:
• Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong customer handling skills, including the ability to manage customer inquiries professionally
• Active listening and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on understanding and resolving client concerns
• Sales and persuasion ability, with the capacity to explain travel options persuasively to clients
• Computer literacy, including email handling and MS Office
• Multitasking ability, with the capacity to manage multiple clients at the same time
• Teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team setup
