We are seeking an experienced IT project acquisition specialist to join our team. As a key member of our business growth strategy, you will be responsible for securing high-value IT projects on Upwork.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the IT sector, strong communication skills, and a passion for driving results. You will be at the forefront of crafting persuasive proposals, building relationships with global clients, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of secured projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Bidding: Identify and bid on relevant IT projects to maximize win rates.
  • Customized Proposals: Develop and submit tailored, compelling proposals that align with client requirements.
  • Profile Optimization: Maintain and enhance our Upwork profile to reflect professionalism and credibility.
  • Client Communication: Engage effectively with clients to understand their needs and present solutions that showcase our expertise.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of secured projects.
  • Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients, fostering trust and repeat business opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Upwork bidding with a strong record of securing IT projects.
  • Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of the IT sector, including services and technologies.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities with a knack for persuasion and clarity.
  • Results-Driven: Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding performance targets.
  • Self-Starter: Proactive, organized, and capable of working independently to achieve goals.
