Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring projects to ensure substantial inventory availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Meetings: Generate leads, conduct meetings, and provide solutions to meet customer requirements.
  • Negotiation of Commercial Terms: Negotiate commercial terms with developers, including marketing fees, contract tenure, and base prices.
  • Preliminary Project Information: Gather preliminary information about prospective projects through meetings with developers/land owners.
  • Due Diligence: Conduct detailed due diligence of project critical documents to determine legal position and approval status.
  • Project Onboarding: Vet onboarded projects for land ownership, approvals, and developer profile; highlight discrepancies with management and obtain approval.
  • Contract Management: Draft and sign contracts (PPA & Service Agreements), prepare financial feasibilities based on project inputs.
  • Liaison and Support: Maintain liaison with sales team, extend support to resolve operational matters.
  • Initiative Follow-up and Reporting: Follow up on initiatives, submit reports to unit head/regional head.
  • Pricing and Discount Models: Prepare and share pricing/commission/discount models with concerned units.
  • External Stakeholder Communication: Maintain follow-ups with external stakeholders, resolve issues between developers and sales teams.
  • Project Launch and Conveyance: Launch acquired projects, convey terms to stakeholders, and ensure required information/material is transmitted.
  • Town Hall Sessions: Conduct town hall sessions to provide project details to sales/support teams.

Requirements:

Location: Lahore

Qualifications/Language Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree: Finance, Accounting, Business Studies, or E-commerce

Masters/MBA:

Role-Specific Knowledge & Experience: 5 Years of Experience in Commercial Real Estate with Lease Negotiation Skills and Existing Network of Contacts

Seniority Level: Mid-Senior Level
