Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a strategic thinker with strong knowledge of international recruitment practices, including an understanding of labor laws and cultural differences.
Key Responsibilities:- Talent Sourcing and Hiring: Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for a variety of positions across departments.
- Strategic Recruitment Planning: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Collaboration and Partnership: Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Candidate Attraction and Engagement: Leverage multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract diverse candidates.
- Candidate Assessment and Feedback: Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and provide feedback to hiring managers on suitability.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years or above of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on full-cycle recruitment, including international recruitment.
- Proven track record of successfully filling a variety of roles, including senior and specialized positions.
- Strong understanding of recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
