Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our hiring function across the organization. As a strategic business partner, you will drive initiatives to attract and retain top talent, while reducing time-to-fill and improving quality of hire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with workforce planning and business goals.
  • Partner with business leaders to forecast hiring needs across departments and regions.
  • Lead execution of hiring drives, job fairs, campus recruitment, and diversity hiring programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong experience working with ATS platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in hiring for a mix of roles.
