Job Title: Enterprise Solutions Designer

You will be responsible for translating business requirements into a software design that serves as a blueprint for the implementation team. Your role ensures that the implementation team adheres to the design and delivers the project according to agreed-upon plans.

Responsibilities:
  1. Participate in presales, user experience design, sprint development, and delivery phases of a project, reviewing the overall proposal.
  2. Review wireframes from a technical standpoint during user experience design and provide valuable input.
  3. Produce necessary artifacts before actual development starts, providing direction for the team.
  4. Deliver a Solutions Design Document to the development team.
  5. Ensure the design is followed during the development phase and document any changes.
  6. Review the work produced by the development team.
  7. Provide necessary training to developers and serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and the team on all technical matters.
Requirements:
  1. Masters or Bachelors degree in Computer Science from a reputable university.
  2. 10+ years of hands-on experience as a full stack developer in multiple technologies.
  3. Minimum 4 years of experience making architecture & design decisions, including data domain modeling, application of design patterns, and design using third-party components.
  4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment with diverse/multiple stakeholders.
  5. Proven experience in engineering and software architecture design, with a strong understanding of coding languages, operating systems, and databases, and excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Technical Skills:
  1. Superior Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, project managers, developers, and software vendors involved in the software development process.
  2. Project and Resource Management: Ensure project resources are used efficiently and impactfully.
  3. Technical Education and Hands-on Experience: Possess expertise across major areas of the software development process, as well as hardware engineering expertise (for software projects relying on hardware).
  4. Risk Identification and Management: Analyze and identify potential short and long-term risks that may cause technical issues and impede business operations.
