Job Description
This role involves managing massive volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner. You will be responsible for monitoring random calls to improve quality, minimize errors, and track operative performance. Additionally, you will maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and provide customized, highest quality customer support.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have 7-8 years of experience in a similar capacity. Previous experience in a customer support and sales support role is also required. You should possess strong telephone and interpersonal contact capabilities, along with good listening skills. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is highly desirable.
