We are seeking a highly experienced professional to manage and maintain ERP engagements for the smooth functioning of HR and Payroll modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Issue Resolution: Ensure timely resolution of system-related issues in HR/Payroll modules, including prompt troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • User Expectation Management: Manage and maintain end-user requirements and expectations of ERP modules, ensuring seamless integration with business operations.
  • Systems Analysis and Improvement: Analyze current HR and Payroll systems, considering emerging technological environments, and suggest improvements for efficiency and scalability.
  • Suggestion Implementation: Discuss proposed suggestions with user departments, finalize recommendations, and arrange necessary training on developed modules, promoting knowledge sharing and adoption.
  • New Module Development: Develop new modules based on approved suggestions, providing innovative solutions to meet evolving business needs.
  • Assistance and Support: Assist HR/Payroll Lead and ERP Lead as needed, and provide technical support to end-users in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Business Process Re-engineering: Implement 'Business Process Re-engineering' projects, including end-user training, and ensure compliance with Enterprise Risk Management Framework and Business Principles and Ethics Policy/Code of Conduct.
  • Tender Evaluation and Compliance: Assist in evaluating technical bids and ensuring compliance with Company policies, upholding high standards of quality and integrity.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, at least 7 years of experience working on Oracle ERP modules (HRMS/Payroll), and relevant certification preferred. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment. They will also be responsible for providing inputs for process improvements in ERP and upgrading technological developments.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex ERP projects on time and within budget, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential, as well as the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
