Key Responsibilities:

This position involves overseeing the management, maintenance, and delivery of ERP engagements to ensure smooth HR and Payroll operations. The role requires suggesting, planning, designing, and implementing new modules and functionalities to keep pace with evolving technologies and customer demands.

  • Addressing HR/Payroll system-related issues promptly.
  • Managing end-user expectations and requirements for ERP modules.
  • Analyzing current systems, considering emerging technologies, and proposing improvements for efficiency.
  • Discussions with user departments for the feasibility and implementation of proposed suggestions.
  • Developing new modules based on approved suggestions and providing necessary training to users.
  • Collaboration with HR/Payroll Lead and ERP Lead as needed.
  • Contributing to process enhancements in ERP and upgrading technological developments.
  • Ensuring the timely generation and submission of required ERP/functional reports to higher management.
  • Providing technical support to end-users for smooth business continuity.
  • Implementing Business Process Re-engineering projects, including end-user training.
  • Assisting ERP Lead in preparing technical tender documents.
  • Evaluating technical bids as advised by ERP/departmental lead.
  • Ensuring compliance with Enterprise Risk Management Framework and Business Principles and Ethics Policy.
  • Performing other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
