
Global Business Growth Manager

As a senior leader, you will be responsible for driving business growth in Pakistan through strategic direction and leadership. You will manage end-to-end agent business relationships, service experience, and in-market activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a high-performance team in a global, matrix environment to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales account plans to drive revenue growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with agents and partners to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with product sales and marketing teams to understand market trends and opportunities.
- Manage a strong partner network to improve customers' satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
- Provide high-quality training to agents on products and processes.
- Contribute to the development and launch of new recruitment initiatives, products, or regional strategies.
- Monitor competitor activity to enhance market awareness and analysis.
- Work with marketing, admissions, and academic teams to support student conversion and pre-arrival success.
- Track performance metrics and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
- Align the team with the company's mission, vision, values, and strategy; communicate goals and objectives clearly.
Requirements include education industry experience, fluency in English, proven experience in managing recruitment teams and delivering against enrolment targets, B2B, Channel Sales or Partner Agent experience, B2C experience, excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM tools, strategic account management, consultative selling methodology, data analysis, and social selling e.g. LinkedIn or digital platforms.
