This role is designed for individuals who want to take their customer success skills to the next level by leveraging AI to drive retention, adoption, and expansion.
You will work with a portfolio of high-value customers, using AI insights to develop data-backed customer success plans that drive real outcomes. Your performance will be measured by key metrics such as retention, expansion, and advocacy.
This is not a traditional customer success role, but rather a strategic growth engine position where you will lead with intelligence and push for value.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement data-backed customer success plans using AI insights
- Lead strategic discussions with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and priorities
- Identify and execute AI-driven upsell and cross-sell opportunities to impact account revenue and customer lifetime value
- At least 5 years of customer success experience in the B2B software industry
- Previous experience working with GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Bard)
This is a full-time, long-term position that requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100,000 USD/year, paid weekly.
Candidates should have strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team.
