HR Generalist

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Human Resources Manager. This position is responsible for leading the HR function and ensuring that all personnel matters are handled efficiently and effectively.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting analysis to determine staffing numbers, skills, and needs to meet organizational objectives. They will also analyze job requirements, develop TORs, advertise vacancies, assess applications, interview applicants, and prepare reports for management consideration.
In addition to these responsibilities, the HR Manager will maintain employee records, provide advice and information on HR policies and procedures, and advise employees on work matters and career development.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct analysis to determine staffing numbers, skills, and needs to meet organizational objectives.
- Analyze job requirements and develop Terms of Reference (TORs).
- Advertise staff vacancies and assess applications.
- Interview applicants and prepare reports for management consideration.
- Maintain employee records and provide advice on HR policies and procedures.
- Advise employees on work matters and career development.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, be able to write and speak English fluently, and have strong knowledge of developing and implementing policies. They should also have experience with Microsoft Office and possess excellent leadership skills.
