Business Development Representative Job

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to find businesses up for sale in the US/Canada market and identify potential leads for partnership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic communication plans with target organizations.
  • Schedule calls with prospective clients via phone and email, including cold calling.
  • Manage prospects in spreadsheets, CRM systems, or databases.
  • Research high-quality IT contacts within target organizations interested in our Searcher funders and IT/BPO Services.
  • Conduct lead generation, prospecting, and qualifying potential new clients.
  • Provide customer support in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Take client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Utilize CRM/sales software with expertise in sales tools.
  • Establish clear objectives and KPIs for assigned projects.
Required Skills:
  • Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport.
  • Outgoing and friendly, able to establish trust through various communication channels.
  • A minimum of 1 year in a professional selling role.
  • Results-driven, goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Proven ability to meet commitments and achieve results.
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience selling intangibles is advantageous.
