Our team is responsible for implementing and managing HR programs, practices, and procedures across various regions, ensuring alignment with business priorities, policies, tools, and legislation. We provide professional HR supervision and support to our colleagues, implement inclusion strategies and HR actions aligned with our strategic plan, drive recruitment, onboarding, talent management, training needs analysis, and HR automation projects within our regions.

Responsibilities:
  • We manage and administer employee relations processes, job catalogues, and classifications following corporate guidelines.
  • We ensure compliance with legal, industrial, and group standards, including ethics, quality, and risk management.
HSE Requirements:
  • We comply with all applicable legal, HSE policies, client procedures, and practices.
  • We maintain tidy, hazard-free work areas and report hazards immediately.
KPIs:
  • We monitor monthly HR reports, inclusion & diversity, CSR, policies & procedures, employee engagement, HRIS accuracy, talent management, L&D, internal audits, banding, local HR support.
