  • Evaluate and resolve basic hardware, software, and network issues.

Escalating Complex Issues:

  • Determine when to escalate issues to higher-level support teams.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on escalated issues.

User Account Management:

  • Assist with user account management, including onboarding, password resets, and permissions.

Ticket Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in CloudPSO's ticketing system.
