Seeking a Senior Administrative Professional to provide exceptional support services to the CEO.

Job Description:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to handle international calls from clients.
  • Serve as primary point of contact between CEO and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and discretion in all interactions.
  • Manage CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences efficiently, ensuring timely completion of commitments.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of CEO, maintaining accuracy and consistency.
  • Conduct research and gather information as required by CEO, compiling data into organized reports and presentations.
  • Assist in preparation and coordination of board meetings, executive meetings, and other corporate events, including agenda creation, minute-taking, and follow-up actions.
  • Handle special projects and assignments as assigned by CEO, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from reputable local or international university.
  • Minimum 3 years experience as Personal Secretary or Executive Assistant.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
