About the Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of inbound contact center agents, ensuring excellent customer service and resolving issues in a timely manner.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in inbound customer service is required, with at least 3 years' experience in a supervisory or management role.
A degree is necessary, along with strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with customers to resolve complaints and provide solutions
- Lead a team of customer service representatives to achieve high-quality standards
- Develop and implement training programs to improve staff performance
- Maintain accurate records and reports on customer interactions
Requirements
- At least 5 years' experience in inbound customer service
- At least 3 years' experience in a supervisory or management role
- Degree holder with strong communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
