Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Contact Center Supervisor located in Karachi Division at GBA Services Pvt Ltd. The Contact Center Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a team of contact center agents, ensuring quality service delivery, and resolving escalated customer issues.
Qualifications
- Experience in Contact Center Management and Supervision
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of customer service best practices
- Ability to handle complex and escalated customer inquiries
- Proficiency in MS Office and contact center software
- Previous experience in the Financial Services sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
