Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Expert to join our team and play a critical role in streamlining sales, marketing, and customer service processes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and be able to manage, optimize, and enhance our customer relationship management system.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to leverage their knowledge and experience to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Administration: Manage and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including workflows, customizations, dashboards, and reporting.
- Process Optimization: Analyze business processes and recommend improvements using CRM automation, integration, and customization.
- User Support & Training: Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training for CRM users.
- Data Management: Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security by implementing best practices in CRM data governance.
- Customization & Development: Work with developers to enhance CRM functionality using PowerApps, Power Automate, and custom scripts.
- Integration: Integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 with other business applications such as ERP, marketing automation tools, and third-party APIs.
- Reporting & Analytics: Generate insightful reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure CRM configurations comply with data privacy and security regulations.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Bonus Points:
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, or similar tools would be a plus.
- Experience with cloud-based platforms and SaaS applications is also desirable.
