Job Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Organizational Development Professional to join our team.
About the Role:
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, with a specialization in Organizational Development.
- This role requires a strong understanding of business operations and the ability to develop and implement initiatives that drive growth and improvement.
- You will be responsible for facilitating hiring and promotions strategies, preparing training needs analysis, and assisting in creating annual succession plans.
- Additionally, you will conduct job evaluations, arrange HR audits, and communicate with stakeholders regarding employee conduct.
- Other responsibilities include preparing investigation reports, coordinating disciplinary cases, and providing support in resolving ongoing litigation.
- You will also manage complex HR technology projects, focusing on quality and delivery under pressure.
Requirements:
- MBA or MPA degree with a focus on Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience in organizational development, talent management, and human resources.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
