About The Role

This position involves collaborating with Sales and Customer Success teams to present solutions, assist with change management, and support the implementation of telematics solutions in customer fleets.

  • Collaborate with Sales: Work with the Sales and Customer Success teams to identify new business opportunities by understanding client needs and delivering compelling solutions.
  • Create Strategic Solutions: Develop and deliver customer-centric solutions, including prospect presentations and RFP responses, ensuring they align with client business objectives.
  • Customer Engagement & Change Management: Guide clients through the change management process during the implementation of telematics solutions, offering support and strategies for smooth adoption and integration into fleet operations.
  • Support Sales Processes: Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and operations, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Professional Services, SaaS solutions, or a similar field, with a strong focus on customer engagement and solution development.
  • Technical Expertise: Ability to understand technical solutions and how they meet business needs, presenting complex concepts clearly and compellingly.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with clients, helping them through change management during technology implementation.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, effectively presenting ideas and influencing stakeholders.
  • Analytical Thinking: Capability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to enhance customer solutions and sales strategies.
