As a Legal Executive, you will be responsible for drafting contracts, reviewing legal documents, and conducting legal research.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting and reviewing agreements, contracts, and other legal documents to ensure compliance and protect the interests of clients or stakeholders.
  • Conducting thorough research on laws and regulations to identify potential risks and opportunities, and providing expert advice to guide business decisions.
  • Developing and implementing effective legal policies and procedures to mitigate risks and promote business growth.
  • Managing and maintaining accurate records of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and filings, to ensure compliance and support business operations.
  • Providing expert guidance and support to other departments on legal matters, ensuring that all activities align with legal requirements and best practices.
  • Identifying and assessing potential legal risks, developing strategies to mitigate them, and providing recommendations to minimize exposure.Requirements
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law from an accredited institution.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex legal issues and develop creative solutions.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner.
    • Knowledge of legal principles and practices, with a strong understanding of contract law, commercial agreements, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
