Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. This role will involve supporting the CEO and project teams in planning, executing, and monitoring projects. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience with project management tools, and the ability to ensure all stakeholders meet deadlines and project milestones.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget tracking.
  • Project Management: Manage project scope, budget, and schedule to ensure timely project delivery within defined parameters.
  • Risk Management: Monitor and track project progress, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
  • Communication: Ensure project milestones are met and communicate any delays or changes effectively.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project dependencies and maintain seamless communication.
  • Liaison: Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure alignment and progress on project objectives.
  • Reporting: Provide regular project status updates, issue reports, and risk assessments to stakeholders, including project sponsors and development teams.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, charters, risk logs, issue logs, and status reports.
  • Tool Utilization: Utilize project management tools such as MS Planner, Asana, or Trello to track and manage project progress.
  • Lessons Learned: Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to improve processes and identify best practices.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Ensure all project-related communications are clear, timely, and effectively delivered to relevant stakeholders.
  • Project Optimization: Coordinate project timeframes, resources, equipment, and data analysis to optimize project efficiency.
  • Goal Alignment: Clearly define project objectives and align teams towards achieving them.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Experience: Proven experience in project administration, coordination, or management.
  • Tools: Hands-on experience with project management tools such as MS Planner, Asana, or Trello.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project scope effectively, problem-solving and analytical skills to identify risks and implement solutions.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Years of Experience: Minimum of 1yr+ years of experience in a project administration or coordination role.
