
Repair Shop Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to help drive growth and retention at RepairDesk. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for established accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our repair shop management software.
About Our CompanyRepairDesk is a modern repair shop management software trusted by over 3,000 businesses globally. Our solution offers 40+ powerful integrations and modules, making it customizable to meet the workflows of single-store, multi-store, and franchise repair businesses.
Job Responsibilities- Serve as the main point of contact for established accounts.
- Regular follow-ups to monitor satisfaction and ensure desired outcomes.
- Build long-term relationships by understanding customer objectives and challenges.
- Monitor customer health metrics and address potential issues proactively.
- Assist in fully adopting the software post-implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- 1-2 years experience in SaaS implementation, customer success, or similar role.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Zoho CRM or similar customer management tools.
- Understanding of SaaS product lifecycles and customer onboarding processes.
