Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Implementation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth implementation of projects, aligning with business objectives and optimizing resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop project schedules and execute them effectively.
  2. Conduct site surveys and generate comprehensive reports.
  3. Evaluate resource requirements for project implementation.
  4. Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
  5. Establish and supervise installation teams.
  6. Oversee civil works and module structure installation.
  7. Install and commission renewable energy projects for institutional customers.
  8. Provide on-site training to customers.
  9. Prepare and submit project commissioning reports.
  10. Ensure seamless project handovers to customers.
  11. Foster customer satisfaction through prompt service delivery.
  12. Maintain site safety using PPE and SOP protocols.

Requirements:

Education: A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field from a reputable university is required.

Skills: Strong analytical skills, ability to troubleshoot complex issues, and excellent project management skills.

Experience: At least 3-4 years of experience in installation activities is necessary.

Critical Success Factors: Timely project delivery and high-quality results.

Working Relationships:

Internal: Program Manager, Key Accounts Managers, team members, and field officers.

External: Vendors, suppliers, transport companies, and other external stakeholders.
