Job Title: Senior Clinical Leader

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
  • Nursing Documentation and Quality Control: Develop and implement effective nursing documentation systems, ensuring that patient records are accurate, comprehensive, and up-to-date.
  • Clinical Rounds and Environment Checks: Conduct regular clinical rounds to ensure that patients receive high-quality care, and perform environmental checks to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Affirmative Patient Care and Safety: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that patients receive safe and effective care, and that their rights and dignity are respected at all times.
Requirements:
  • A relevant qualification in nursing, such as a Post RN B.Sc. (Nursing) or Generic BSN degree.
  • A minimum of 4-5 years' experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire teams, and to make informed decisions in complex and dynamic environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, patients, and families.
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed recommendations.
