Job Title: People Operations Manager

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of professionals in managing recruitment, client coordination, and HR department operations. The successful candidate will oversee the entire recruitment process, establish strong relationships with clients, and manage a team to achieve desired results.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process from initial contact to placement of candidates.
  • Client Coordination: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve desired results.
  • Delegate Responsibilities: Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and expertise.
  • HR Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, maintain accurate records, and implement effective policies and procedures.
  • Grievance Handling: Address and resolve employee complaints and concerns in a fair and timely manner.
  • Training & Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.
  • Office Administration: Oversee the smooth operation of the office, including administrative tasks and maintenance of equipment.
  • Client Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
  • SAP HR Expertise: Leverage expertise in SAP HR to optimize payroll and time management processes.
