Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Allocator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling resource requirements, collaborating closely with stakeholders, and maintaining accurate records.

The successful candidate will possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office and other resource management tools is essential.

  • Closely collaborate with Engineering and Delivery leadership to efficiently fulfill resource requirements.
  • Assist in documenting and maintaining the online database of shared resources within the team.
  • Aid in tracking the release of resources from projects and facilitate their allocation to subsequent assignments.
  • Keep the Manager of Talent Allocation updated on the overall status of resourcing requests and highlight any potential challenges.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for resourcing-related queries from internal stakeholders.
  • Proactively communicate potential issues to stakeholders and manage their expectations to ensure seamless operations.

To be considered for this role, candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field and 2+ years of experience in Resource Allocation and Workforce Planning. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also required.
