Training Professional

We are seeking a skilled Training Professional to join our team. In this role, you will provide training and coaching for newly hired Customer Service Representatives. This includes identifying gaps in training and delivering targeted solutions to ensure these representatives have a comprehensive understanding of their roles and the program.

The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service training skills and the ability to stay up-to-date on existing and emerging training methods and tools. They will also maintain knowledge of call center systems, including ACD/IVR and performance statistics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality customer service training programs with expertise.
  • Maintain accurate records of training provided and outcomes.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in training programs.
  • Develop and implement effective coaching and mentoring strategies to support employee growth and development.
