Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized technical support specialist to join our team. As the first point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support via Intercom chat.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in technical product support in a B2B SaaS environment, with a strong understanding of SQL and experience with support tools like Intercom or Zendesk. They will also have excellent communication skills in English and be able to explain complex technical details clearly.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing first-line support to customers via Intercom chat
  • Troubleshooting and analyzing issues using SQL and other tools
  • Escalating complex issues to engineering teams when necessary
  • Creating and maintaining knowledge base articles, videos, and internal documentation
  • Designing and implementing processes and workflows to improve support efficiency
  • Training Customer Success Managers on product features and common issues
