As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for valued customers. This role entails serving as the initial interface between our organization and its clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Providing product and service information to customers.
- Resolving customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy.
- Identifying and resolving customer problems or concerns efficiently.
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Maintaining in-depth knowledge of our products and services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage a high volume of customer inquiries.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Basic English conversational skills are required.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools is essential.
Benefits:
- Full-time employment.
- Competitive salary of Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month.
- Night shifts may be required.
Additional Requirements:
- 8 hours a day work time with 6 days a week.
