We are looking for a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team. This role involves collaborating with HR and business leaders to ensure that HR strategies align with organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws, and experience in implementing HR strategies that support departmental requirements.

Responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with business leaders and department leaders
  • Assisting in implementing HR strategies that align with overall business objectives
  • Supporting the management of employee relations issues by offering guidance to both employees and managers
  • Conducting exit interviews and analyzing feedback to identify trends and areas for enhancement
  • Helping to facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
  • Aiding in the performance appraisal process by providing tools and resources to managers and employees
  • Supporting training and development initiatives aimed at enhancing employee skills and competencies
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring proper HR documentation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in HR is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
