Job Description

This role involves overseeing HR and compliance functions to drive business outcomes. The successful candidate will lead annual strategic planning sessions with top management to prepare the annual Business Scorecard, ensuring alignment with departmental KPIs.

  1. Prepare the annual HR Strategic Resource Plan in coordination with departmental heads, considering immediate and long-term staffing requirements.
  2. Provide guidance on departmental restructuring and succession planning, proposing departmental structures with consensus from Department Heads.
  3. Update and share the organizational chart monthly with Heads of Departments and Directors.
  4. Create and implement KPIs for all departments, ensuring alignment with the Business Scorecard.
  5. Manage and resolve employee issues, maintaining healthy relationships and resolving conflicts efficiently.
  6. Regularly identify and evaluate HR and compliance risks, taking proactive measures to mitigate them.
  7. Conduct job analysis to prepare job descriptions for all positions within the organogram.
  8. Participate in recruitment and selection processes upon receiving employee requisitions.
  9. Review and approve monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  10. Conduct salary reviews every alternate year, comparing with market trends to ensure competitiveness.
  11. Monitor salary structures and benefits to balance cost controls with attracting and retaining staff.
  12. Conduct training needs analysis to identify current and future training requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 6-7 years of relevant experience in managing HR and compliance.
  • Strong communication, business acumen, analytical skills, HR and compliance knowledge, leadership qualities, and relationship management skills are essential.
