We are Elite and Elegant, a leading cosmetics company, and we are seeking an experienced Sales Territory Head to join our Faisalabad Zone team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all bookings, supplies, and recoveries from towns in the market.

You will have more than 12 years of academic qualification and a strong background in sales management. Your expertise will enable you to develop and implement effective sales strategies, resulting in increased revenue and market share.

We require a minimum of 1 year experience in the cosmetics field, with a proven track record of success in sales management. The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and expand market share.

Manage bookings records in the market, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.

Coordinate with distributors to ensure smooth supply chain operations and maximize recoveries from town shops.

Work collaboratively with Area Sales Officers to achieve business objectives and support their professional development.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and work under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver results.
