Job Title: Strategic Talent Acquisition Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team as a Strategic Talent Acquisition Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for attracting, recruiting, and hiring top talent in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for various roles
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs
  • Build and maintain relationships with current and potential employees to ensure a positive work environment
  • Suggest training programs and development opportunities to enhance employee skills
  • Manage payroll and benefits administration to ensure compliance with company policies
  • Negotiate employment contracts and agreements
  • Handle conflict resolution and employee relations issues
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support business objectives
  • Hire, train, and develop high-performing teams to drive business success
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR management, preferably in the IT industry
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, laws, and regulations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
